Arrival Window

We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we're running late, we'll shoot you a text / phone call.

Cancellations

We reserve a time especially for you. Please make any schedule changes or cancelations at least 24 hours before the start time of the appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

Happiness

We do our absolute best to make sure you have an excellent experience. If you are not happy with your service at all, please let us know right away (within 24 hours) and we will be back to make it right.

Billing

A hold will be placed on your card to ensure your card is valid and has sufficient balance. Please note that this is not a charge. The actual charge only happens after the service has been completed.
