Things to Know

How much do you charge?

We don’t charge by the hour. You’ll get a flat, honest rate upfront so you always know the cost. Need to change something the day of? No problem, we’ll adjust the price and confirm before we continue.

What’s included in the cleaning?

Our cleaning covers every room — kitchen, bathroom, living area, and floors. Choose Regular Cleaning for light upkeep or Deep Cleaning if it’s been a while (recommended if it’s been more than 45 days since you last cleaned but up to you). Add extras like inside the fridge or oven for a more detailed clean. For safety reasons, we can’t clean spots that need ladders, heavy lifting, or a home that has rodent or pest issues.

How long will it take?

Most homes take two to four hours. It depends on size and how much needs to be done. Since we don’t charge by the hour, your cleaner works until everything looks great. If you have a time limit, let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to match it.

How many people will clean?

Most homes get one cleaning lady, but bigger homes (4+ bedrooms) may have two cleaners. If you prefer more help, just ask and we’ll arrange it.

How do I pay?

All payments are made by debit or credit card. When you book, our secure system places a hold on your card to confirm it’s valid. You’re only charged once your cleaning is done.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for free.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, there’s a $50 fee.
For homes with rodent issues, we can’t complete the service and a $100 fee applies.
