Our cleanings cover sweeping & mopping everywhere, bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Regular Cleaning is great for places that have been recently cleaned, while Deep Cleaning is for spaces that haven’t been cleaned in over 30 days. You can also add extras like inside fridge, inside oven, etc. Per our insurance policy, we cannot clean areas that require ladders, lifting heavy items, or have rodent issues (like rats or cockroaches).
On average, our house cleaning services take two to four hours. But the time could be more or it could be less depending on the state of your home. We don’t clean by the hour so you don’t have to worry about paying extra after more time has passed. That means your cleaner will focus on cleaning until completely done! If you need the cleaning to be done by a specific time, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to make it happen.
We typically have one service provider cleaning your house or apartment. But if your home is more than 4+ bedrooms, we'll have two providers take care of your cleaning. If you have any special request about needing more than one person, please let us know and we'll confirm with you.
We only accept debit or credit card payment. No need to worry about cash. During booking, you can add your card through our secure online payment system. After you book, a temporary hold will automatically be placed on your card to make sure it’s a valid card. You will only be charged after the cleaning is completely done.
You can reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the cleaning without any charge. However, there's a $50 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before the cleaning appointment or if you do a last-minute cancelation for same day cleaning. If there's rodent issue in the home, the cleaning will be canceled and you'll be charged $100.
