No, we don’t accept cash. We only accept debit or credit cards as payment.

We do not charge hourly rates for house cleaning services as our prices are not based on number of hours cleaned. Instead, we charge a fixed/flat rate. That means the cleaner will focus on getting the cleaning done and we won’t ask you to pay more after cleaning for some hours. You can see the exact amount on the booking page.

No, tips are not mandatory. If feeling generous, tips are welcomed and there’s no set amount or percentage — we encourage you to go with what feels right for you. You can tell us the amount or percentage you’d like to include as tip and it’ll be added to your cleaning cost. Alternatively, you may tip the cleaner directly with cash after the cleaning is done.

We offer honest, upfront pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. The prices are not based on number of hours. Instead, it’s a fixed/flat rate. You can see prices on the booking page. Select the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the price will be shown instantly.

Regular or Standard Cleaning is for your cleanliness maintenance or a place you recently cleaned. Our Regular Clean covers sweeping and mopping the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, counter tops, and inside microwave. Deep Cleaning is a lot more extensive and recommended for places that haven’t been cleaned in the last 30 days or more. It covers everything in Regular Cleaning but involves more scrubbing to get surfaces cleaned. You can also mix and match (e.g. Regular Cleaning plus Bathroom Deep Clean). For either Regular or Deep cleaning, you can include extras for an additional charge. We offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge, inside the oven, and you can select them on the booking page. If you have custom cleaning requests, please call or text 201-748-2247.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning products, please let us know and we’ll honor your request.

We do not issue refunds as our cleaners who service your home need to be compensated for their time, effort, and commute. We will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll send someone out to make it right (within a 7-day window) at no extra charge to you.

Yes, you can trust your cleaning professional. All of our cleaners are interviewed and must pass a nationwide detailed background check before they step into your home. Only a small percentage of the people that apply end up working as a certified cleaner for Olimpic Maids.

Log into your account, select card, and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
