You can use your credits as a coupon applied to a future appointment. First, log into your account and click your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Vouchers are sometimes available and used for welcoming new customers to Olimpic Maids. But it is not always available. We do have coupon and holiday codes for both new and existing customers. So be on the lookout for them!

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

When booking an appointment, your credit card is used to cover any balance that your redeemed voucher did not cover.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can submit a password change request on the home page.

You can log into your account using your username and password on the home page.

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

Log into your account, select card, and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
