Payment is conveniently secured online using any major debit or credit card (cash payments are not accepted). A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card upon booking, but the final, fixed charge is only processed after your move-out cleaning service is complete.
For your scheduling convenience, cancellations or rescheduling requests are complimentary when submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment time. However, if you need to cancel or adjust your booking within the 24-hour window, a $50 service fee will apply. Please note that a $100 fee will be charged for all same-day cancellations, as well as any cancellations resulting from hazardous conditions, such as severe rat or roach infestations, that prevent our team from safely servicing the property.
