We don’t charge by the hour. Instead we give you a fixed, honest flat rate upfront so you know what you are paying for. We get it. There are places that have hidden charges and surprise amounts at the last minute. We don’t believe in that. No surprises, no hidden fees, no unnecessary contracts, ever. The price you see is the amount you’ll be charged. If you need to modify your cleaning and include something else, let us know, and we’ll share the updated amount with you.

Our move in/move out cleaning services include sweeping and mopping throughout, as well as thorough cleaning of the bathroom, living area, and kitchen. You can include extras like inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, etc. We recommend having the place empty and to avoid having ongoing repairs happening during the clean. Please note, as per our insurance policy, we cannot clean areas requiring ladders, heavy lifting, or that have rodent issues (like rats or cockroaches).

How long will the move in/move out cleaning take?

On average, our move in/move out cleaning services take two to four hours, but this can vary based on the condition of your home. We don’t charge by the hour, so you won’t have to worry about extra fees for longer cleaning times—your cleaner will focus on getting the job done! If you have a specific time frame for the cleaning or you have an inspection, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How many service providers will be assigned to the job?

How many service providers will be assigned to the job?

For move in/move out cleaning, we usually have one service provider handling your house or apartment. However, if your home has more than four bedrooms, we’ll send two providers to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned. If you have any special requests for additional help, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you!

What is the payment process for the move in/out cleaning service?

We only accept debit or credit card payments—no need to worry about cash! During booking, you can securely add your card through our online payment system. A temporary hold will be placed on your card to verify its validity, but you will only be charged once the cleaning is fully completed.

What is your policy for cancellations?

What is your policy for cancellations?

You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning service at no charge as long as it's at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or request a same-day cancellation, a $50 fee will apply. Additionally, if there is a rodent issue in the home, the cleaning will be canceled, and a $100 charge will be incurred.
