We cover bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas. Add-ons like inside the fridge or oven are available. We can't clean spots requiring ladders or heavy lifting, and we don't service spaces with pest issues.
Most cleans take two to four hours depending on the size and condition of your home. We don't charge by the hour, so your cleaner stays until everything is done right - no rushing, no extra charge if it takes longer.
We typically send one cleaner. For homes with four or more bedrooms, we may send two so everything gets done on time. If you'd prefer more than one for any reason, just let us know when you book, and we will do our best to help.
We accept debit or credit cards only - no cash. Your card is added during booking through our secure system. A temporary hold is placed at booking and you are only charged once the cleaning is completely done.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your visit at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. Same day cancellations or homes found to have rodent or roach issues incur a $100 fee.
