A Regular Cleaning works well if your place has been cleaned recently. But if it’s been a while (30+ days), we suggest a Deep Cleaning. You can also add extras like inside fridge, inside oven, etc. We don’t clean anything that requires ladders, heavy lifting, or has rodent issues (per our insurance policy).
Our maid service usually takes about two to four hours to complete a cleaning. But it really depends on your home—some are faster, others take a bit longer. Since we don’t charge by the hour, your cleaner will focus on doing a thorough job without rushing. Need it done by a specific time? Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to time it right.
We usually have one trusted service provider taking care of your home or apartment. But for larger homes (4+ bedrooms), we’ll send two cleaners to get it done more efficiently. We prefer to keep the limit at two so you won't get something like 4 people in your home. If you prefer two cleaners regardless of size, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to make it work.
We only accept debit or credit cards—no need to deal with cash. During booking, you’ll securely add your card through our online system. A temporary hold will be placed to verify it, but you won’t be charged until your cleaning service is complete.
You can reschedule or cancel your Harrison maid service up to 24 hours before your appointment without any fee. After that, there’s a $50 late cancellation charge. If the cleaning is canceled due to a rodent issue (like mice or cockroaches), a $100 fee will apply. We appreciate the heads-up if anything changes!
