For your convenience and security, we accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online portal; please note we do not accept cash. While a temporary authorization hold is placed at the time of booking, we only process your final, fixed payment once your move-out cleaning is successfully completed.
We offer free cancellations and rescheduling for all requests made at least 24 hours in advance. To help us manage our team’s schedule, a $50 fee applies to changes made within the 24-hour window. Please note that a $100 fee will be assessed for same-day cancellations or if a property cannot be serviced due to hazardous conditions, such as severe pest infestations, that compromise our team's safety.
