Need to change your plans? Cancellations or rescheduling are free with 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 service fee. Cancellations made on the day of service, or those resulting from hazardous environments (including severe rat or roach infestations), will be subject to a $100 fee to cover our crew’s time and travel.
