We don't charge by the hour. Instead, we give you a fixed, honest flat rate upfront. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no unnecessary contracts. The price you see is what you pay. You may also modify the service during the clean. If you need to modify your cleaning or add something, just let us know and we'll share the updated amount with you.
We cover sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens. Regular Cleaning suits recently cleaned spaces; while Deep Cleaning is for spaces untouched for 30+ days. Add-ons like inside fridge or oven are available. However, we cannot clean areas requiring ladders, heavy lifting, or with rodent issues.
Most cleanings take two to four hours, though it varies by the state of your home. Since we don't charge by the hour, your cleaner stays until the job is fully done. You won't have to worry about paying extra after more time has passed. If you need it finished by a specific time, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to make it happen.
We typically send one provider to take care of your cleaning. However, if your home has 4+ bedrooms, we'll send two providers. If you have a special request for more than one person, please let us know and we'll confirm with you.
We accept debit or credit cards only, no cash. You add your card during booking through our secure system. A temporary hold is placed to verify the card, and you're only charged once the cleaning is completely done.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. If a rodent issue is found in the home, the cleaning will be cancelled and a $100 fee applies.
