Payment is securely managed online via all major debit/credit cards (cash is not accepted). Your card is authorized upon booking, but you are only charged the final, fixed fee after each recurring cleaning session is complete.
We offer free cancellations and rescheduling when notified at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee. Please note: same-day cancellations or those related to pest issues (rats/roaches) are subject to a $100 fee.
